A Florida woman allegedly baited an officer and yelled at him that she “hates police” during an attempt to stop her for driving a car erratically on the grass over the weekend.
Darla Rachel Vidal, 35, was arrested on a felony charge of resisting an officer and a misdemeanor charge of resisting an officer, according to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.
Saturday when a Monroe County deputy observed Vidal driving a car on the grass at a high rate of speed on Key Deer Boulevard, the sheriff's office said.

The officer attempted to stop Vidal, but she allegedly did not stop and instead continued to veer off the path onto the grass.
Vidal also gave the middle finger to the officer who was trying to arrest her, according to the sheriff's office.
He nearly hit a deer with his car before stopping on Pensacola Road and running toward the officer yelling that he “hates police” while refusing commands to stop, MCSO said.
