Stars of Fox Nation's “Duck Family Treasure” honor faith, family and freedom this Sunday Independence Day with a special event open to the public.
The Robertson family, known for their duck hunting expertise, will celebrate the American holiday with fireworks, as well as their own version with worship services, Bible trivia and baptisms.
“The 4th of July has always been a very important day for us. My grandparents served in World War II, my uncle in Vietnam, so we've always come together as a family and it's been an amazing day,” Jep Robertson told ” “The Story”. “So my brother said, 'We should do this for everyone,' and we said, 'You know what? We should do it.' It was a big hit. It was like 'Field of Dreams.' They kept coming and coming and coming . It was incredible”.

Jessica Robertson said the event is expected to attract thousands of attendees.
“We want it to be open to the public,” he said. “We want people to come. Last year, hearing people's stories about how far they came and just coming and wanting to hear and learn about Jesus and seeing that movement in their lives was so powerful, we're so excited. We know that It's going to be even bigger and better, and we give all the glory to God.”
More than 50 attendees at the 2023 event made the decision to convert through baptismshe added.
“It's cool because there's a lot of people that are already, you know, in church and stuff, but there's a lot of people that come just because they like our family, and they're like, 'Oh, man, this is… It's a really cool spiritual experience, it changes our lives forever,' which is amazing,” Jep Robertson recalled.
The family will also showcase their new children's book, “Dear Valor.”
“It's just a really sweet story about adoption and unconditional love by families, through families, extended families, and just knowing that, you know, you can be different and in a family and that your family will love you unconditionally without no matter what happens.” , no matter where you come from,” said Jessica Robertson. “It's really a sweet story for kids.”

The Robertsons “trust in the Lord” through their planning and have helpers who organize the event.
