Biden found 'pretty sad' undertones of Jeb Bush moment, says Miranda Devine

New York Post columnist and Fox News contributor Miranda Devine broke down President Biden's Jeb Bush moment in his commencement speech to West Point graduates on “The Big Weekend Show.”

BIDEN REPEATS FOOTBALL CLAIM TO WEST POINT GRADUATES AT HOME ADDRESS

PRESIDENT BIDEN, WEST POINT HOME: Americans are stronger when we lead, not only by the example of our power, but also by the power of our example. You can applaud for that.

ALICIA ACUÑA: Miranda. let's take off that statement there. I mean, what do you think when you hear him say that?

MIRANDA DEVINE: Well, the first thing I thought was that he had to ask the audience to applaud him. That's pretty sad. shades of Jeb Bush and the applause was minimal, so it didn't seem like a very receptive audience. And look, she said, that line, she says it over and over again, and it's not her original line. He took that away from Bill Clinton, when he introduced Barack Obama back in 2008. So, as usual, Joe Biden is lifting up other people's words. You know, I think it's kind of hollow when it comes from a man who isn't leading the world very well.
