Emmuel Haro, the baby who was in the center of an investigation of missing persons of a week, may have died more than a week before the day he was reported as missing, according to Riverside County prosecutors.
In the criminal complaints filed against Emmanuel's parents, Rebecca and Jake Haro, prosecutors list the potential death date for Emmanuel, 7 months, as anywhere between August 5 and August 14, the day his mother said he disappeared. Parents have been accused of a charge of each murder with malice
According to the department of the San Bernardino County Sheriff, Rebecca Haro said it was attacked in a Yucaipa parking lot on August 14 outside a large 5 store while changing Emmanuel's diaper. She told them that when she woke up, her son was gone. But the researchers said there were inconsistencies in their initial statement, and when they confronted it on those details, they said it stopped cooperating.

In an interview with Ktla-TV before his arrest, Haro, who had a purple eye, begged for his son's return. “If you know anything, please come or take it to the police,” he said. “Please come and bring my son back. I'm begging you.”
During the investigation, the couple delivered their phones to the researchers and allowed detectives to search their home in Cabazon, said lawyer Vincent Hughes, who represents Jake Haro in a separate criminal case. The researchers also took two iPads, including one that had not been taken from the box and three Xbox video game consoles. The researchers also took their vehicle as part of their child's search, according to Hughes.

The hara were arrested at his home in Cabazon on Friday. The authorities said they pretended the story about a mysterious attacker who kidnapped his son.
“It is believed that Emmanuel has died and the search to recover his remains is ongoing,” Sheriff's department said in a statement. “While these arrests mark significant development, our approach remains to find Emmanuel.”
Sheriff researchers now focus on finding Emmanuel's remains. During the weekend, the search teams toured an isolated field in the Moreno Valley. They were accompanied by Jake Haro but found nothing, authorities said.
The couple is stopped instead of a bail of $ 1 million each. They are scheduled to be prosecuted on September 4.
