Anti-Israel rioters protest VP Harris' nomination near DNC, hand out flyers for global 'intifada'

CHICAGO – Anti-Israel protesters marched toward the United Center, where the Democratic National Convention concludes Thursday night, with a message to Vice President Kamala Harris: Democrats are funding a “genocide” of the Palestinian people and are not doing enough to achieve a ceasefire agreement.

Amid the sea of anti-Israel rioters — most of whom had their faces covered — were separate groups scattered around the DNC security areas also protesting for their own cause. Pro-life activists also spread their anti-abortion message, while others protested against corporations and former President Trump.

However, almost all of the groups were staunchly anti-Israel. The activist group Healing Our Homeland handed out leaflets that read: “Globalize the Intifada.”

“Israel is a terrorist state,” one protester shouted into a megaphone near one of the Democratic National Committee's security checkpoints. “Stop funding Israel.”

“As you officially nominate murderer Kamala as the head of the bonfire, we are here to say that nothing you say or do at that convention will wash the blood of Palestinian men, women and children from your hands,” one protester said through a megaphone toward the park packed with demonstrators.

Protesters gathered around 5 p.m. before marching, led by Chicago Police Superintendent Larry Snelling and his officers.

Waving Palestinian banners and flags, protesters chanted through megaphones: “There is a solution, the revolution of the intifada” and “Long live the antifada.”

“Absolutely not,” protester Cole Bennett told Fox News Digital when asked if he supports Vice President Harris's policy regarding Israel. “That's why we're here… the fact of the matter is that the policy that we're actively pursuing is a ceasefire agreement, that doesn't mean anything when you have the ability to cut off aid and cut off bombing of Israel. They could do it tomorrow and they should do it, and they shouldn't expect any of our votes until they do it.”

Another protester, Evan, held a sign that read: “Joe Biden, be a man and save the children” and “Hold the guns.”

“There should be an enforced ceasefire. I don't think Joe Biden would suffer too many consequences for that,” he told Fox News Digital. “And he's not running for re-election anyway, so he should sacrifice himself for the team if that's what they're worried about, that would clear the way for November and bring out a lot of people.”

“This is still Joe Biden's game,” he added.

Other anti-Israel groups marching on the United Center burned American flags later that night.
