After the shooting in Michigan, the bass calls the police near houses of worship


The mayor of Los Angeles, Karen Bass, announced Sunday that the Los Angeles Police will increase the patrols around the houses of worship after an earlier deadly shooting in the day during the services in a Michigan church.

Five people were killed, including the shooter, and the authorities say that there is more.

The Chief of Police of the municipality of Grand Blanc, William Renye, said at a press conference that Sanford was shot dead by law agents at 10:33 am in church parking.

Renye said that 10 victims of shooting were transported to hospitals, including two who died. Seven are in stable conditions, while a victim remains in critical condition.

It is believed that Sanford also intentionally burned the church, Renye said.

After the authorities entered the burned church, they found two more bodies. Renye said there may be others; The authorities are aware of others that are not yet taken into account.

After the authorities killed Sanford, the law agents registered multiple nearby churches on the threats of bombs, said Lieutenant Kim Vetter of the Michigan State Police. Vetter refused to say whether the churches sought were all south or other denominations and religions.
