Taking to X (formerly Twitter), the popular actor reacted to a clip from one of his interviews. The clip shared by an X user is from a popular talk show where he describes his weight loss journey to the interviewer. In the clip, we can see the show host and Madhavan sitting in front of a dining room filled with delicious food. Later in the video, we also get a glimpse of the before and after pictures he shared.

Madhavan showed a picture of himself on the set of his film Rocketry: The Nambi Effect, which is a biopic on Indian rocket scientist Nambi Narayanan. Madhavan shared that while directing the film, he had gained a lot of weight. He then shows another picture in which he looks much healthier and fitter.
Talking about his incredible transformation, the actor shares that he was able to achieve it with the help of intermittent fasting. He also claimed that he was able to shed his extra pounds in three weeks.
“I was only eating foods that were good for my body. No exercise, no running, no surgery, no medication, nothing,” Madhavan tells the interviewer while talking about his weight loss journey.
Reacting to this clip, the actor added a few more details about how he did intermittent fasting. “Intermittent fasting, chewing food hard 45-60 times (drinking food and chewing water)… last meal at 6:45 pm (cooked food only, nothing raw AT ALL after 3 pm)… long walks early in the morning and deep sleep early in the evening (no screen time 90 minutes before bed)… lots of fluids… lots of vegetables and foods that are easily metabolized by the body and are healthy,” he said.
“There is nothing processed at all. All the best,” he added.
