After a three -day pause in operations due to the lack of permits, a new barbecue adventure of comedians Anthony Anderson and Cedric, the artist reopened on Friday afternoon.
AC Barbeque is in a corner of the Westfield Century City Mall dining room and celebrated its great inauguration on May 7, but closed on Tuesday. The Department of Public Health of the Los Angeles County ordered that the celebrity restaurant be closed, citing a lack of permits.
AC Barbeque “opened without approval or permission,” said a representative of the Times County Health Department in an email.
A restaurant representative told The Times that the city of Los Angeles had approved the restaurant before its opening date, but a county official who visited AC Barbeque during his opening week closed the operation, noting that his permission request was incomplete.
The CA Barbeque team presented the allowed paperwork again, reopening on Friday with the return of pork ribs glazed with honey with gold sauce and smoked breast with pickles and onions.

“Now we are completely open for business,” said Operational Partner Robert Earl. “At no time had there been some inference of the officials of any problem on the side of the food, this was exclusively the permits … We are delighted that our enthusiastic team returns to work serving delicious and succulent barbecue.”
The new joint company serves as the first extension of bricks and mortars of the friends of the friends and the television program of the barbecue enthusiasts “Kings of BBQ”. The A&E series follows the couple while visiting Pitmasters throughout the country and explore history, flavors and cultural influence and derive from the kitchen.

Before its temporary closure, AC Barbeque was regularly sold of articles; A manager told The Times that even with his smokers shooting 24 hours a day, it is still difficult to keep up with the demand for the low and low cooked barbecue.
