According to her, egg white is very rich in nutrients such as protein, selenium and vitamin B12. while, a yolk is made up of different types of minerals and vitamins, which are extremely beneficial for our body.
It contains fat-soluble vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin K and omega 3. It also states that omega 3 is a type of fatty acid that helps boost our immunity. She revealed, “Egg yolk is richer in protein compared to fat content.” Giving more information in the caption, Dr. Priyanka writes, “Eating whole egg provides a balanced amount of protein, vitamins and minerals.” Furthermore, the best time to consume an egg is breakfast, while eating one or two eggs a day is considered a very healthy option.
The Healthline website claims that one egg contains choline, a nutrient that many don't even know about.
