Ingredients:

  • Lettuce
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Bell Peppers
  • Chicken
  • Shallots
  • Cucumber
  • Lemon
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Parsley

  • Feta cheese
  • Garlic
  • Oregano

Method:

Method:

  3. Cooking quinoa:Bring salted water to a boil and cook quinoa according to package directions.
  4. Steamed Broccoli:Cut the broccoli into small florets and steam over a quinoa pan for 3 minutes until tender.
