Yanira Ramirez, Sales Director, H&M India, said, “Aditya Roy Kapur was a natural choice for the launch of our new store. His classic and versatile style aligns perfectly with H&M’s ethos of offering stylish and accessible fashion. H&M’s collections are known for their fashion-forward pieces that cater to a wide range of tastes and preferences. Aditya’s personal style reflects a similar versatility, effortlessly blending casual and sophisticated looks.”

Kapur reveals how her fashion and grooming tips revolve around simplicity, comfort and self-expression. “I believe in investing in versatile pieces that can be mixed and matched to create different looks. Comfort is key, so I always choose pieces that I feel good in. H&M always offers a great selection of timeless and classic pieces, which I love adding to my wardrobe.”

When it comes to self-care, keeping it simple is often the best option for the actor: “A good skincare routine and staying hydrated can make a big difference.”

Located on KL Victoria, Linking Road in Bandra, the new store is a pivotal moment in H&M’s expansion strategy in India, as Mumbai, a hub of fashion and cultural diversity, is central to our growth plans. “This store is our eighth location in Mumbai and 64th in India, underscoring our commitment to expanding our presence. By establishing a presence in such a key area, we aim to make our fashion offerings more accessible to a wider audience, reinforcing our mission to provide fashionable and affordable clothing for all,” Ramirez adds.

Edgy fashion

This season, shoppers are leaning towards trends that prioritize both comfort and style. “We are seeing a rise in popularity of loose-fitting jeans, flowy dresses, wide-leg pants, and tank tops. Even workwear-inspired blazers, shirts, and pants are trending. In accessories, we see that customers especially love our selection of gold earrings in various patterns and shapes that are priced from just INR 299 onwards,” shares Ramirez.

In the next decade, Ramirez believes fashion will continue to evolve with a strong emphasis on classic, timeless pieces that stand the test of time. Sustainability will play an increasingly central role, with a focus on more sustainably sourced materials. As consumers become more conscious of their environmental impact, there will be a shift towards investing in classic, durable, high-quality pieces that offer long-term value.
