Recently, nutritionist Disha Sethi took to Instagram and shared a creamy and flavorful Chipotle mayonnaise recipe that you can easily make in minutes with minimal items.

Ingredients:

  • Bell peppers (red and yellow)
  • Garlic
  • Almonds
  • Mint leaves
  • Indian cheese
  • Pepper powder
  • red chilies
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Water

Preparation:

  1. Take a roasted pepper (yellow) and cut it into thick pieces. Add it to a blender.
  2. Next, add 6-7 pieces of soaked skinned almonds, some red chillies (according to your preference), garlic cloves, 7-8 mint leaves and 100 gram Paneer to the grinder.
  3. Add some spices to enhance the flavor such as: Black pepper and Oregano.
  4. Put a little salt (according to your taste) and a little water in the blender.
  5. Blend everything well until you see a thick mixture similar to an orange paste.
  6. Scoop the mixture into a small bowl.
