Wicked Director Jon M. Chu revealed a behind-the-scenes look at the upcoming film.
On Instagram, Jon posted an exciting trailer for the film, starring Ariana Grande as Glinda and Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba.
The behind-the-scenes video arrives alongside the announcement of the film's new trailer.
The footage offers a glimpse of the stunning visuals and dynamics between the main characters, Grande and Eivo.
Director Jon M. Chu shared his passion for the project in the trailer, saying, “Every time someone asks me, 'What's the movie you want to make?' If there was one, I would always say it would be Wicked.”
Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo also shared their experiences and the emotional impact of their roles in the film.
Erivo stated in the video: “I never in my life thought I could be a part of something like this.”
WickedBased on the novel by Gregory Maguire, it features an all-star cast including Jonathan Bailey, Ethan Slater, Michelle Yeoh and Jeff Goldblum.
The film is scheduled for release on November 27, 2024.
