The claim is false. The video has no relation to the PTI leader.

This post has generated controversy, as the user questions the character of the women associated with the political party.

The video has been widely shared and has generated many likes, with over 3.4 million views, over 3,700 shares and over 10,000 likes as of this writing. Similar posts have appeared on other social media platforms, including Facebook and X (formerly Twitter), with the same caption.

Contrary to claims, the video does not feature Sanam and was not filmed in Pakistan.

The video was originally uploaded by an Indian social media user. A reverse image search and keyword analysis allowed the video to be traced back to an Instagram post dated April 14.

While the exact location and date of the source footage could not be independently confirmed, evidence confirms that the video is not related to the PTI leader and was not filmed in Pakistan.
