Journalists are often eager to get something out of Travis Kelce about Taylor Swift, so one of them asked what they liked to cook together.
It was raised during a press conference after a Kansas City Chiefs minicamp.
The question itself was important because it comes after Taylor shared a clip on YouTube in which she was apparently making cinnamon buns while the NFL tight end gave her a kiss.
Meanwhile, Travis responded with a smile and said, “That's a good question. I'll keep the answer to myself, but I really enjoy cooking with it,” adding, “I'd rather keep it personal.”
Meanwhile, Travis spoke publicly about how publicly he wanted to keep their relationship.
“I know I brought all this attention to myself,” she shared. “I did the whole friendship bracelet thing and told everyone how hurt I was that I didn't get to meet Taylor.”
The 34-year-old continued: “The real thing is, it's my personal life and I want to respect both of our lives.”
And he added: “I'm enjoying life and I sure enjoyed this weekend. So in the future, I think talking about sports and saying 'okay, no' is going to have to stay where I left off.”
