Sydney Sweeney has revealed she's on a “hair health journey” after constantly dyeing her hair for different movie roles.
The 26-year-old actress spoke with The Strategist and revealed that after treating her hair with harmful chemicals, she decided to ban herself from further coloring in order to get her locks to grow back.
“I'm trying to grow my hair. I'm on a journey to hair health,” she told the outlet.
She continued, “My hair has been really damaged and burnt from constantly dyeing it for different characters and red carpets, so I decided to trim all the dead hair, stop dyeing it, and let it grow.”

“My hairdresser also told me to stop wearing hair ties when I’m not working, so I started wearing hair clips,” Sweeney said.
“I love Emi Jay's because they have so many fun designs, colors, and sizes. I probably have almost all of them. I have one right now,” she raved about her favorite hair accessory retailer.
“It’s just a fun accessory to add to your outfit,” she said. Immaculate star added.
