Ryan Reynolds got playfully possessive while interviewing his wife Blake Lively's love interest in his upcoming film.
During promotional interviews for the film, Ends with usReynolds, his mother and Hugh Jackman surprised everyone by participating in the interview with Brandon Sklenar.
Reynolds humorously questioned Sklenar about his relationship with his wife, Blake.
“It's great. It's not every day that a husband gets to interview the person his wife loves on film. It's crazy!” Reynolds says.
He added humorously: “Let's dig deeper, shall we? I saw you posing in a photo with Mrs. Reynolds and… sorry, what do you call her? Do you have a nickname or something?”
The fun continued when Reynolds' mother chimed in, saying, “It's not every day that the leading lady's mother-in-law gets the chance to interview the love interest and the man trying to replace my sweet gummy bear Ryan.”
To add to the chaos, Hugh Jackman also made an appearance, jokingly asking: “What the hell are you doing messing with my best friend's wife?”
The film, which opens August 9, stars Lively in a complex role involving two love interests, played by Brandon Sklenar and Justin Baldoni.
