Rebel Wilson stepped out with her daughter, Royce, at the red carpet event for the premiere of The Deb at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival.
The 44-year-old man Pitch perfect The star, who wore a gorgeous purple dress to the event, posed for the camera with her one-year-old son, who made his red carpet debut at Rob Thomson Hall.
Wilson has directed the project, The Debmarking her directorial debut as a musical comedy, however, she faces legal trouble as three of the film's producers have filed a defamation lawsuit against her.
The Australian actress and producer shares her daughter with her fiancée, Ramona Agruma, whom they welcomed via surrogate in November 2022.
In a conversation with PEOPLE Magazine, Wilson expressed her feelings about being a mother and embracing this new part of life.
Wilson recalled: “I’m amazed at how much he melts my heart, and when he says ‘Mommy?’ that’s his new favorite word lately.”
“And that was her first word. It just melts your heart and you go, ‘Oh. ’ I thought I would be a strict mother, but apparently I’m the complete opposite,” she said.
