Punjab schools to reopen tomorrow as the ease of Pakistan-India tensions

LAHORE: All educational institutions in Punjab, which closed due to the main tensions between Pakistan and India, will open again from tomorrow (Monday), according to an official notification issued on Sunday.

The notification declared that academic activities in all schools throughout the province will resume according to normal schedule.

Previously, the Punjab government closed educational institutions for two days, Friday and Saturday, as a precautionary measure in the light of the prevailing security situation.

The last escalation in the rivalry of Pakistan India, in decades, began on May 7 when at least 31 civilians, including children, were killed in an unprovided Indian cross -border attack. In retaliation, Pakistan knocked down five IAF combat planes, including three raffles and dozens of drones.

During the escalation, India sent drones to the Pakistani territory, with the army demolished almost 80, including the IAI heron of Israeli manufacturing (medium altitude, long -term brinking, non -manned aerial vehicles (UAV).

Earlier on Friday night, India launched multiple missile attacks against the Pakistani air bases, including the Air Bases of Nur Khan, Murid and Shorkot, which were fired from airplanes, according to the general director of Public Relations between Services (DG ISPR), Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry.

In response, Pakistan launched “Operation Bunyan-Mou-Marsososos” against Early India on Saturday, aimed at multiple military bases, including missile storage sites in India.

Subsequently, President Donald Trump said that Pakistan and India had agreed to a “full and immediate fire” after days of strikes and countertops against the military facilities of others.

“After a long night of conversations mediated by the United States, I am pleased to announce that India and Pakistan have agreed to a high and immediate fire. Congratulations to both countries for using common sense and great intelligence,” Trump said in a publication on Truth Social.
