Angela Levin, one of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's leading critics, has expressed her thoughts on the Duke's security fears in the UK.
Commenting on a GB News In the video, the royal author tweeted: “Harry, Meghan and the children are given the highest security when seeing senior royals or attending royal events.
“Harry is asking for top-class protection 24/7, paid for by our taxes while he is not working as a royal. He could accept a slightly lower level, but he would rather be uncomfortable.”
In an interview last week, Prince Harry shared his fears about bringing Meghan Markle and their children back to the UK.
Prince Harry said: “It is still dangerous, and all it takes is one lone actor, one person who reads these things and acts on them.
“Whether it's a knife or acid, whatever, these are things that really worry me. It's one of the reasons why I won't bring my wife back to this country.”
