Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's 2024 rebrand has been rejected by experts in a new discussion.

The Sussexes renamed their official website and listed themselves as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, sparking backlash. The couple then also used the name Sussex as the surname of their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

Now, royal commentator Josh Rom says this rebranding brings the word “hustler” to mind, as it appears the Montecito couple is interested in partnering with the royal brand even after stepping down as working royals.

“The word 'hustler' comes to mind with this because this is them trying to keep up with this institution in some way,” Rom said. News from heaven in the segment titled “Why the World Rejects Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Rebrand.” The segment was made up of real experts who shared their opinions on the recent rebrand.

“Let's be honest, that's the only way they're going to stay relevant and, you know, the only reason people pay any kind of attention to them is because of the role that this institution gave them.”

This comes as Harry and Meghan parted ways in their professional endeavors, with Meghan launching a solo podcast with Lemonada. The decision comes after their joint projects, including the Spotify podcast and the Netflix deal, did not appear to be as successful as they had hoped.
