Prince George is under strict training from his mother Kate Middleton and father Prince William in his royal career.
Young Wales, who turned 11 this week, is making a smooth transition into adulthood, without going through any harsh experiences.
A source close to the family told the Mirror: “William and Kate have always been cautious about exposing their children to the public as William still has painful memories of his own childhood and how he hated the constant attention.
“Prince George's public entry into royal life got off to a smooth start. Kate and William planned it that way and will continue to do so.”
Meanwhile, Majesty Magazine's Ingrid Seward added: “Like many children when they reach the age of 11, Prince George is making the transition from childhood to adulthood.
“He learned to be a child and now he is learning to be an adult and to think of himself in new and challenging ways. But because of his status as a royal prince and future king, George had to grow up faster than most. He was raised to be polite and kind to everyone.
“His big test came at the Coronation, when he had to dress as a page in itchy clothes and wear the tail of his grandfather's robes. Since then, he has been relatively free from serious royal appearances and has been able to enjoy the fun ones, such as Trooping the Colour,” he said.
