Meghan Markle's genuine contributions to the Royal Family have paid off.
The Duchess of Sussex, who stepped down as a senior royal in 2020, designed a charity cookbook in 2018 to commemorate her early days in the family.
Now, according to The Royal Foundation's 2023 report, the book generated sales revenue of £84,540 last year.
Royal Suitor shared the findings on its X page and Meghan's fans were quick to praise the duchess.
They wrote: “The Hubb Community Cookbook will have a lasting impact on British communities for years to come, a testament to Meghan's remarkable achievements during her tenure as a working member of the Royal Family.”
Another added: “It's amazing that Meghan's first solo project is still making such an impact. I love that she capped the profits from the sale of the cookbook. It's been five years and they have yet to write about her success.”
A third commented: “The Duchess of shock. The Meghan Markle effect never fails,” while another simply wrote: “Beyond stunning!”
At the launch of her book, Meghan explicitly mentioned: “I had recently moved to London and I felt immediately welcomed by the women in the kitchen – their warmth, their kindness and also being able to be in this city and see in this small room how multicultural it was.”
