Meghan Markle uses 'fear' to control her staff, source reveals

Meghan Markle's aggressive behaviour towards her staff in the UK is exposed.

The Duchess of Sussex, who finally stepped down from her role as a senior member of the royal family in 2020, was accused of bullying her staff and leading them out of fear.

In the book 'Battle of Brothers', royal author Robert Lacey revealed that 'Meghan ruled by fear' and when asked about her problematic attitude, she replied: 'It's not my job to coddle people.

One of the courtiers told Lacey: “I overheard a conversation between Harry and one of his top aides. Harry was shouting down the phone. The Sussex team was a really toxic environment.”

The source said: “All he does is spend his time looking back. I wish he could turn his neck and look forward.”

This comes amid claims that Harry misses his old life in England and feels bored in the United States.

A source said: “He's ended up isolated from his family and most of his old friends, in an environment where friendships are not like those he forged as a young man. He loved nights out at the pub and hanging out in the countryside with his mates. Maybe he's become a different person, but do I think he would really fit in with the Californian lifestyle? No. Now that we've seen how it's all played out, what's left for him? On the face of it, an enviable lifestyle, but for the Harry I know, I can't imagine that gilded exile in California was where he wanted to end up.”
