Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are looking for a UK-based public relations expert to re-enter the UK.
The Duchess of Sussex, who is set to return to Prince Harry's homeland after her departure in 2020, is pursuing a rebranding strategy.
A London PR executive says: “This is a shit sandwich that many senior PR people won't be willing to eat. Many will reject it.
“Representing the couple in the UK is a tempting idea, but they don't have a reputation for listening to advice. What would be the point?”
Meanwhile, PR expert Lynn Carratt suggests the royal couple “should continue with their rebranding,” noting that they “need to be seen at the right events, partner with the right brands and charities, and start building bridges with The Royal Family”.
