Meghan Markle reveals as always, American Riviera Orchard Rebrand

The Duchess of Sussex, native to Los Angeles, will adopt a less focused approach to California for her latest lifestyle business.

The “Suits” star previously Meghan Markle, announced Tuesday morning that he renamed his American Orchard Riviera (a wink to Santa Barbara) under a more timeless name: as always. “Cat is out of the bag, I am surprised that we have kept this a secret for so long,” Meghan told fans in an Instagram video.

“'As always' it means' as always it has been' or some even say 'in the same way as always,” Meghan wrote in the title. “If you have continued from my days of creating the Tig, you will know that this could not be more true for me.”

Meghan announced the brand change less than a year after making fun of the launch of American Riviera Orchard in April 2024. At that time, a spokesman described American Riviera Orchard as a reflection of “Everything [Meghan] Loves: family, kitchen, entertainment and decoration of the home. ” that they were manufactured and cultivated “in Santa Barbara, where she and Harry call home. In 2020, the spouses bought an extensive estate in Montecito, a rich community on the south coast of Santa Barbara that also has Oprah Winfrey and Brad Pitt among its high profile residents.

American Riviera Orchard enjoyed a brief soft launch focused on celebrities before his debut planned last year. A-Listers, including Kris Jenner, Chrissy Teigen and Mindy Kaling, received bottles from American Riviera Orchard Jam and boasted them on Instagram. But not everyone felt love for American Riviera Orchard, specifically his name.

The United States Patent and Brands Office in August rejected Meghan's request “because the applied brand is mainly geographically descriptive,” Vanity Fair said last month. In addition, a resident of Montecito criticized Meghan's efforts to make the neighborhood the face of his lifestyle reentry as “a kind of hucksterism.”

“It's just finding all the ways in which you can monetize something,” said Vanity Fair's nameless resident.

Meghan, who previously directed the The Tig Lifestyle Blog from 2014 to 2017, explained to the followers that he assured the name as always in 2022. He also said that he is being associated with Netflix to launch his brand. Netflix has supported its support behind the Arquewell and Meghan productions for years. The transmission giant and former realists signed a several years in 2020 to create a variety of programs, including documentaries. More recently, Netflix debuted the “Polo” docuseries of Duke and Duchess in December. Meghan's lifestyle “With Love, Meghan” will premiere in Netflix in March.

Former Podcast presenter “Archetypes” told fans that she is excited to return to her lifestyle roots. “This is what I do,” he said. “I have not been able to share it with you in the same way in recent years, but now I can.”

“Of course, there will be canned fruits. I think we are all clear at this point that jam is my jam, ”he continued, expressing more emotion for her as offerings.

Beyond Instagram, Meghan made fun of his last adventure with a new website with a surprise guest. The brand page shows a single idyllic photo: Meghan is going through a grass covered field with the 3 -year -old daughter Lilibet in tow.

Meghan and Harry welcomed Lilibet in June 2021. The Archie son, who was born in May 2019.
