Meghan Markle and Prince Harry hosted the Invictus Gala to celebrate the Invictus Games 2025
Meghan Markle put on an “elegant” display at the Invictus Gala alongside Prince Harry.
The gala, which had 200 guests, was organized to celebrate one year before the Invictus Games 2025 in Canada.
Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, wore a stunning olive green off-the-shoulder dress by Canadian designer Greta Constantine.
Body language expert Judi James has taken a look at photos from Friday night's gala and noted how Meghan is “supporting” Prince Harry.
She said Mirror: “These photos focus solely on the glamorous side of promoting Invictus, with Harry and Meghan portrayed as a royal power couple, looking elegant and, in Meghan's case, extremely kind and supportive.”
James explained: “Meghan's body language shows a very hands-on approach to ensuring an event appearance goes smoothly for everyone, with her attentive and understanding nods as she greets other guests or hosts and her look of pure support. and admiration that he throws towards “Harry. She seems to indicate that she feels totally comfortable with a more formal and stately profile and that she is in the element of showing up on visits like this.”

James also weighed in on Prince Harry's comment about his life in the US: “Harry's rather strong comment that 'I have my own family' and that he 'loves every day of life in the US.' it might be more in line with body language. here than any real attempt to return to royal duties in the United Kingdom.
