Meghan Markle's former staff wouldn't go back to the duchess if they had the chance.
The Duchess of Sussex, who recently lost her chief of staff, Josh Kettler, has earned a harsh backlash from her staff.
One former employee told the Mirror: “What may be most telling is that in all my time working there, I don't think I ever heard any current or former employee of their staff say they would take the job again if given the chance.”
Meanwhile, the Duchess of Sussex is wondering what went wrong to earn her a reputation as a demanding employer.
A source told Closer Magazine: “Of course they have tried to limit the damage but, behind closed doors, it is absolutely humiliating and demoralising.”
“Meghan secretly feels quite abandoned after this keeps happening.”
According to Closer, a source said: “The numbers don’t lie and the fact that almost 20 staff members have quit tells its own story.
“It’s unprecedented, even for a startup. The stark reality is that Harry and Meghan are the most demanding bosses, they are very demanding and difficult to work with, and that annoys a lot of people.”
