Madonna is no stranger to lawsuits since her Celebration tour, as she was last criticized for putting on an X-rated show instead of a concert.
Justen Lipeles, who attended the March 7 show at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles, legally complained that the Grammy-winning show exposed him and others to unwanted sexual content and also cited the pop icon's lateness.
Documents scanned by Entertainment Weekly and filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, the person claims that concertgoers were confronted with “unannounced pornography,” adding, “topless women on stage simulating sexual acts” in an uncomfortable and suffocating.
Not to mention, Justen alleges that the start time of the concert was 8:30 pm, but the Popular singer took the stage after 10 pm.
The lawsuit is the second this year that raises objections to the tour. The initial also pointed to Madonna's tardiness, stating that she was supposed to take the stage at 8:30 p.m. according to the announcement, but instead she showed up after 10:30 p.m.
