Oscar nominated Kristen Stewart and screenwriter Dylan Meyer have entered a new chapter in his romance: marriage.
The “Spencer” Stewart star and the scribe “Moxie” married Sunday at a private ceremony at the Silver Lake Casita de Campo restaurant. They exchanged votes more than three years after Stewart revealed their commitment at the end of 2021. The collaborators married after obtaining their marriage license last week in a court in Los Angeles, TMZ reported Sunday.
Stewart and Meyer exchanged their votes in the intimate and exuberant space outdoors of the restaurant, according to the video shared by the Backgrid photo agency, which TMZ published. Celebrity Gossip Instagram account Deuxmoi shared additional photos of Backgrid of the discreet ceremony on Monday.
The brides adopted an informal approach to their wedding outfit: Stewart opted for a light gray matching shirt and a mini skirt, while Meyer wore a transparent white top, a champagne miniskirt and a black arch in his hair. The photos show the newlyweds who hug and Stewart putting a ring on Meyer's finger.
A Stewart representative did not immediately respond to the Times confirmation application.
Stewart, better known for his leading role in the “Twilight” cinematographic franchise, caused a connection with Meyer in a film set in 2013 and the two began to leave in the summer of 2019 after connecting again at a party of mutual friends.
The actor “Love Lies Bleeding”, 35, advertised his commitment to Meyer, 37, during a November 2021 episode of the Howard Stern Siriusxm program. “We are getting married, we will do it totally,” Stewart told the radio presenter at that time.
“I wanted to be proposed, so I think I was very clear about what I wanted and she stuck it,” he said in 2021. “We are marrying, it is happening.”
Stewart and Meyer married more than a week after the first one celebrated his birthday on April 9. Meyer celebrated that occasion on Instagram with a photo carousel that shows Stewart harassing with a hairy white cat and working behind the scene in recent projects.
“Happy birthday to my favorite person to do nothing, and everything, with,” Meyer subtitled his publication.
