King Charles takes major step as Sarah Ferguson breaks silence on split with Prince Andrew

King Charles has taken a significant step just days after Prince Andrew joined the monarch and Sarah Ferguson broke her silence on the split of the Royal Lodge.

The mother of Princess Eugenie and Beatrice has admitted she “doesn't know” about Prince Andrew's eviction in a cryptic statement.

Prince Andrew's ex-wife had a cryptic response when asked about rumours that her days at the Royal Lodge were numbered.

She said HELLO! TV:”Don't always believe what you read.”

Sarah continued: “I don't know. I take each day as it comes.”

Sarah Ferguson's comments came days after she and Andrew reportedly joined King Charles at Balmoral for the summer break.

Now, amid these reports, King Charles has taken a major step and adopted the British Hen Welfare Trust's one millionth hen, naming the bird Henrietta, the charity said.

The hen was recently relocated to Highgrove Gardens, which surrounds the monarch's private residence in Gloucestershire, along with 30 other birds.

The palace retweeted the charity's video and photos with the caption “Welcoming Henrietta to her new coop!

“His Majesty The King has relocated our ONE MILLIONTH hen to Highgrove Garden in Gloucestershire.”

It also says: “Our millionth hen, named Henrietta by Her Majesty, along with 30 feathered friends are settling into their wonderful new home.”
