Justin Timberlake briefly stops a show in Texas to help his fans

Justin Timberlake briefly stopped people from swinging their bodies to help a fan in distress at a concert Saturday.

While singing “Cry Me a River,” Timberlake pointed urgently toward the crowd inside the Moody Center in Austin, Texas, one of the stops on his Forget Tomorrow world tour.

“The house lights up,” the 43-year-old singer said in a video shared on TikTok. “I'm sorry to everyone. One second, one second. “We need help right here, about five rows back.”

It's unclear what emergency the fan was experiencing, but they indicated they were fine when asked by Timberlake.

“No problem,” the NSYNC alum responded, giving a thumbs up as the room filled with cheers. “Okay, we're fine.”

In another angle of the concert shared by TMZ, a fan could be heard yelling, “That's why I love him,” after Timberlake paused the show.

TMZ, citing anonymous witnesses, reported that venue staff attended to the fan, who then returned to finish watching the concert. No paramedics were reportedly called.

Timberlake kicked off his Forget Tomorrow world tour on April 29 in Vancouver, Canada. It is scheduled to end on December 20 in Kansas City, Missouri.

The “Suit & Tie” singer announced the tour, which followed the release of his latest album, “Everything I Thought It Was,” in January. It is the first in five years since the 13-month Man of the Woods tour in 2019.
