Jeremy Runner Lacks Energy for Challenging Roles After Snowplow Accident

Jeremy Runner has revealed he is not fit to take on any demanding roles after his near-fatal snowplow accident.

On Monday, June 24, in the last episode of the Without intelligence On the podcast, the 53-year-old actor revealed that he currently doesn't “have the energy” to take on “challenging” roles.

“I just don't have the energy for it. I don't have the fuel,” Renner admitted, adding, “I have a lot of fuel to put into this reality, this body, all of these things. “I can’t just play fantasy right now.”

He went on to say, “Because it takes a long time to get here every day to be able to have a positive thought, to be able to progress, to be able to always continue to grow.”

While explaining his decision, he said: “Why am I going to do something like fiction? I'm still trying to live in reality, I'm trying to live. So it was a difficult line for me to cross.”

For those who don't know, Renner was in a terrible snowplow accident in January 2023 that broke 38 bones and left him Hawk Eye star in critical condition.
