Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck still have a chance to reconcile amid the current tension of their divorce.
Sources close to Lopez and Affleck recently said US weekly magazine that the couple “who now do their own thing and live separate lives” do not “hate each other.”
“They don't hate each other, they are… [just] “We are going through difficult times,” they said.
Insider added: “It may take a while for them to see if this rocky moment can be resolved and they get back together.” [as] better people.”
It should be noted that the Atlas The actress is “still clinging to the possibility that she can turn things around,” sources said.
Meanwhile, “Ben tells his friends that he's looking forward to the next chapter. He wants a life of serenity and peace, and escaping this roller coaster will be a relief.”
The couple first got engaged nearly 20 years ago in 2002, but called it off just two years later. Affleck and Lopez have been through several ups and downs in their relationship, until they rekindled their romance in 2021 and tied the knot in 2022.
Their closest friends are said to still be holding out “some hope” that they could get back together.
