Jamie Lee Curtis helped out co-star Cate Blanchett after she had a wardrobe malfunction on the red carpet.
On August 6, during a red carpet appearance at an event for her new sci-fi film BorderlandsThe 85-year-old actress was seen giving Blanchett a hand.
According to Entertainment TonightBlanchett needed help to cover up her failure in the locker room.
Curtis pulled up his pants as he stood behind his co-star and said, “Nothing's wrong! You know what's going on? I got her back.”
Blanchett, who was wearing a blouse by Swedish brand Hodakova made from 102 antique spoons, had her black trousers slightly damaged, according to the outlet.
She congratulated Curtis for his quick reaction and for helping her at this crucial moment.
“In every movie Jamie does, she's the den mother,” Blanchett told the outlet.
During the same event, while speaking with Hollywood ReporterCurtis spoke about his closeness with Blanchett, which grew even closer on the set of Borderlands.
“What I didn't know was that we would become friends,” Curis told the editor.
She continued, “I had a great experience with her and it’s been wonderful to become friends with someone you’ve admired for so long.”
“We've had some very intimate moments together and she's a beautiful person,” Curtis added.
