After a shocking health scare last year, Jamie Foxx is apparently doing well and thriving, as is his career, as the actor received several nominations at the 55th NAACP Image Awards.
On Instagram, the Academy winner expressed a heartfelt reaction to the three nominations in three different categories: “So grateful to @naacpimageawards for these nominations. I can't express how wonderful it feels to be recognized by our own.”
He continued: “And a big thank you to @datariturner, your vision and tirelessness in delivering all of our projects with the utmost expertise and execution has been something to marvel at.”
Noting that he would continue the good work, the Django Unchained The star said: “You've put Foxxhole productions on the map and we continue to make incredible artistic strides!!!”
Commenting on his personal well-being, Jamie said: “And on a personal level, I feel honored and grateful to God to have a second chance to enjoy and appreciate life.”
