How Prince George battles 'intense anxiety' in public

A body language expert has described Prince George as a great king in the making.

The eldest son of Prince William and Kate Middleton, the 10-year-old royal displays a great sense of confidence in front of his royal fans.

Body language expert Judi James told Fabulous: “Thanks to William’s careful and hands-on induction of his eldest son, George has slowly evolved from a rather shy-looking boy into a more confident, responsible and happy yet cheerful looking eleven-year-old.

“He seems to be preparing for and accepting his future fate with an impressive sense of calm.

“William has been his son’s role model and companion.

The body language expert then spoke about George's immense confidence in sports games.

She said: “George is often seen at football matches with his father and in a very visible location with thousands of fans watching.

“Both George and William love football, but these sporting events have given George the opportunity to boost his confidence and self-esteem, as well as having the chance to lose his inhibitions in public,” she added.

“George and William mirror each other perfectly in their body language rituals, such as holding their faces in disbelief, hugging each other in celebration and of course the ‘warrior’ rituals of jumping, shouting and pumping their fists in the air,” Ms James adds.

“These spontaneous ‘groupthink’ rituals are helping George connect with his audience, as well as letting go of shyness or overwhelming anxiety about being ‘perfect’ all the time,” she notes.
