After an extensive search, HBO has officially found the young magicians Harry, Ron and Hermione for their next series “Harry Potter”.
The newcomers Dominic McLaughlin, Alastair Stout and Arabella Stanton are those chosen to play Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger, respectively, of the more than 30,000 children who audition during the open casting call.
The filming begins this summer and the program opens next year.
“The talent of these three unique actors is wonderful in view, and we cannot wait for the world to witness their magic together on the screen,” executive producers Francesca Gardiner and Mark Mylod said in a statement. “We would like to thank all tens of thousands of children who audition. It has been a real pleasure to discover the large number of young talents.” Gardiner will serve as Showrunner and MyLod will direct multiple episodes of the series.
Author JK Rowling, Neil Blair and Ruth Kenley-Brontë Film & TV, and David Heyman of Heyday Films will also be executive products.

Who is Dominic McLaughlin?
Before catching the starting role in “Harry Potter,” McLaughlin studied at the Scotland Performance Academy for five years. It is scheduled to appear in the next BBC series “Dulteed”, on Scottish adolescents who discover that they have super powers, and the movie of the sky “Grow”, on a grunt of pumpkin and its orphan niece.

The members of the cast announced previously include John Lithgow as Albus Dumbledore, Nick Frost such as Rubeus Hagrid, Paapa Essiedu as Severus Snape, Janet McTeer as Minerva McGonagall, Luke Thallon as Quirinus Quirrel and Paul Whitehouse as Argus Filch.

HBO has said that the program will cover a decade and will remain faithful to Rowling's books. The original films starred Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson.
