Justin Timberlake's mugshot has become a piece of art at a gallery in the same city where he was arrested on DUI charges on June 18.
The Warhol-esque image of the pop star has sparked endless queues and pedestrians stopping at local gallery Romany Kramoris to snap a photo of the work. Page six reported.
Romany Kramoris, who has operated her gallery for 44 years, recalled her reaction when artist Godfrey Lohman presented her with his limited edition piece.
“My reaction was, ‘Oh my God! That’s so cool! That’s just so cool!” said Kramoris, affectionately known around town as the “Queen of Sag Harbor.” the publication.
The gallery has sold “two or three” of the works, estimated at $520, and many people “are coming back,” Kramoris added.
Kramoris announced that the gallery plans to display the pieces throughout the summer.
“Green is not my favorite. It looks a little sickly, too many martinis on green,” she joked.
This comes after a waiter at the American Hotel, which is two doors down from Kramoris' gallery, confirmed that… People that the singer only had one martini at his bar before his arrest.
“If he was drinking more, it wasn't here,” the outlet quoted its source as saying.
