Republican presidential precursor and former US President Donald Trump expressed his confidence in the people of New Hampshire and dismissed his only opponent, Nikki Haley, as the state goes to a Republican vote for the November 2024 elections.

Donald Trump, speaking to reporters in Londonderry, said he doesn't care about Nikki Haley. “Let her do what she wants, it doesn't matter,” he added while responding to a question about former UN ambassador to the United States, Haley, about her staying on Super Tuesday.

During his surprise visit, he also harshly criticized current President Joe Biden. The 77-year-old said: “I think Biden is the worst president in the history of this country.”

“But we are all going to return. Everyone is going to come back. And I think you see that here,” said the four-time defendant.

Donald Trump also underlined his support in New Hampshire by saying that people “are going to vote for me again.”

According to polls, the four-time impeached former president has been on top as the Republican presidential candidate, as Ron DeSantis announced days earlier that he will end his bid for the White House.

The only opposition left is 52-year-old Haley.

In the midst of the Republican vote in New Hampshire, Trump is confident of removing Haley from the race. In the Iowa caucuses of recent weeks, Trump won a landslide victory.

The former U.N. ambassador said she would be persistent in securing the Republican nomination no matter what the results. She has been focusing her campaign on New Hampshire.

His team stated that this will not be a “Trump coronation.”

On the other hand, the Democratic primaries will also take place on Tuesday, but the party has been divided as Joe Biden is not on the ballot, causing the results to not be recognized.
