Most of Kanye West's exes apparently have some issues with him, but Julia Fox took a different line and revealed that he was a blessing to her career.
He explained that her entry into his life played a key role in allowing her to set the rules about his work rather than his PR team.
in a talk with The New York Times Popcast, the 34-year-old woman said: “She completely regained full control of [her] image” after having a relationship with him.
“You know, it was actually a blessing that he came into my life,” she said. “Because he shook up my team in a way that gave me a lot of creative control back.”
“While I feel like for a couple of years there, I would still feel the pressure of pretending to be that Hollywood star that I wasn't.”
He uncut gems The actress said her team was dismissing her opinion on how to best maintain her public image, but after dating Ye, she said her confidence increased and made her take charge.
“But then when he left, it was like, 'Well, I'm going to do what I want,' you know?” she noted. “I felt like, 'Oh my God, the world is my oysters.' “I am my own muse.”
But aside from this silver lining, Julia opened up about her time with Kanye when the two dated for almost a month in 2022.
“I dated that man for a month, a month,” she told In Style. “And that's why I have such a bitter taste in my mouth about dating someone in this sphere. Because I never want to be known as just someone's girlfriend. I know I am much more than that.”
