chukyThe fourth season is reportedly in talks with new twists from its creator, who has already pitched the story to the network.
During the last interview with directseries creator Don Mancini shared the latest update on a possible fourth season of the chuky.
The third season of the horror series is still on the air SYFY and United States Network.
While reaffirming the potential fourth season, Mancini said, “There's very little I can say about it.”
He generated curiosity but kept the details under wraps saying, “I can't tell you my idea for season 4, but I'm very excited.”
“I've already released it to the network. So let's keep our fingers crossed because it's something I really like to do,” he revealed.
Mancini went on to say, “I think it's really fun, new and, again, another left turn in terms of what we've been doing so far.”
However, he also touched on the uncertainty of the sequel by noting, “We don't know the status of the show yet. So again, fingers crossed we get picked up, right?”
The Chucky series is a continuation of the original film Child's Play and Chucky. The show's first television series was launched in 2021 on SYFY and United States Network.
The show is in the middle of its third season which was divided into two parts. The finale will air on May 1.
