The 31-year-old actress revealed in March 2023 that she became sober after seeking help in rehab the previous year.

While attending the 2024 Met Gala on Monday, Cara shared an empowering message for anyone struggling with this crucial journey.

“You're not alone. If I can do it, anyone can. But you need to communicate and be honest about it as much as you can, especially with yourself,” Cara said. Variety.
