Cara Delevingne reflects on her journey to sobriety after 'wasted photos' went viral

Cara Delevingne has opened up about her journey to sobriety.

“I used to think drugs and alcohol helped me cope… but they didn't, they kept me sad and super depressed,” Delevingne said. The Sunday Times.

Delevingne, who entered rehab in 2022, described the pivotal moment she decided to seek help after photos emerged of her looking “heartbroken” after a festival.

“It was a stupid decision to go straight from the festival to work. I should have waited a day. But I was going to go anyway, there were so many pictures of me looking like I was exhausted,” she said.

The Suicide Squad actress shared how sobriety has allowed her to pursue new ventures, including launching a non-alcoholic Prosecco brand called Della Vite Zero.

He also highlighted his recent success in the West End production of Cabareta role that he believes he would not have gotten if he had not stopped using drugs.
