Anti-monarchy group Republic has reacted to Prince Andrew's return to the royal fold while attending a memorial service for King Constantine II of Greece.

Commenting on royal expert Matt Wilkinson's tweet, Republic chief executive Graham Smith said: “Prince Andrew returned to an official engagement, rather than visiting a police station.

“The Greek family that invited him obviously has no qualms about inviting a man facing such serious accusations. And for the record, they haven't been a royal family since 1973.”

Meanwhile, react to LBCIn the report titled “Smiling Prince Andrew returns to the fold as he leads royals to church after William steps down”, the anti-monarchy group tweeted: “73% of the public want the Metropolitan Police to investigate Andrew. Why is he “leading royalty” in a church service? #AbolishTheMonarchy.”

According to a report by daily expressPrincess Eugenie and Beatrice's father made a rare public appearance when he was invited to attend a memorial service for King Constantine.
