Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump, impeached four times last year, continued to make claims about how other countries are sending “criminals” to the United States, calling immigrants not “not even people” but “these are animals.”
Donald Trump was addressing a rally near Dayton, Ohio, the same gathering of supporters where he warned of a bloodbath if he was not re-elected to the White House after the November 2024 election.
The former president also reiterated how immigrants are plaguing American society, baselessly claiming that leaders of foreign countries are sending them.
The businessman told people Saturday in Ohio: “I don't know if they call them [immigrants] 'people', in some cases. In my opinion, they are not people.”
“But I'm not allowed to say that because the radical left says it's something terrible,” he said.
Despite Trump's confident claim, studies, including a recent one published in the journal Criminologyrevealed how undocumented immigrants are generally linked to decreased crime, reported angry post.
On Sunday, while speaking with Fox NewsHe said the United States is “being poisoned” by immigrants.
When asked if his comments resembled those of Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini, he replied: “I didn't know.”
“Everything I've said has been correct… We have millions of people coming to our country who shouldn't be here,” Trump continued, repeating unfounded warnings about “immigration crime.”
