In a landmark 6-3 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that Donald Trump cannot be prosecuted for certain official actions taken as president, but can be prosecuted for private acts. The decision will be sent to a lower court and will likely delay any trial Trump might face on charges of trying to subvert the 2020 election until after the 2024 election in November.
