Former US President Donald Trump revealed his interaction with the late Queen of the United Kingdom Elizabeth II and claimed that he had a “royal relationship with her”, but there is something else he did to the Republican.

During the interview with GB News On Tuesday, Trump also remembered her as a “genius” who stayed out of any controversial conversations that could get him in trouble.

When talking about their bond, Donald Trump noted: “When I was with her [the queen] and it turned out to be a 'real relationship,' somehow we just hit it off, and she told people that and I tell people that.”

The 77-year-old recalled that during dinner he asked the 96-year-old Queen to tell him about her favorite UK prime ministers and US presidents, to which she replied that she “liked them all”.

The Republican presidential candidate also implied that he pressured her to choose one of each.

The billionaire said he couldn't put into words what he wanted to hear and, above all, “she didn't tell him anything.”

He also recalled: “…I couldn't get her to say one, I couldn't do it, I tried. And then I said, 'Who was your favorite president?' but she answered honestly: 'I really liked them all.'”
