Safety precautions

Due to rising temperature in Karachi, health experts have advised citizens to avoid outside food and drinks and boil water before consuming it. Using ORS and water can prevent salt deficiency.

Consuming food and drinks from outside can cause gastrointestinal problems.

Furthermore, they have been instructed not to leave home unnecessarily, especially to protect themselves from direct sunlight from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Health experts recommend wearing loose, light-colored clothing and covering your head before going outside.
