Biden, 81, told donors: “For the first time in American history, a former president who is a convicted felon is now seeking the presidency.”

Joe Biden also said his Republican opponent poses a challenge to freedom, which worries the Democrat.

Referring to Donald Trump's criticism of the American justice system, Biden also said: “But as disturbing as it is, more damaging is the all-out attack that Donald Trump is delivering on the American justice system.”
